The first thing you should do is learn to play an instrument This vital first step seems to have been bypassed by a lot of acts today.

Next you should learn to write. Try to SAY something that will mean something to other people. Work at it.

If you want to play loudly, fine. But learn to play softly as well. If everything is loud, how can you emphasize?

Play for yourself. Enjoy it. I know people who have been in bands for years and years and have never made a dime. But if you like the music, it is it’s own reward.

if you form a band with a given name, you have a responsibility to that name. And you know what? YOU KNOW IT!!!
